We offer a wide range of specialised services, including metrological verification of digital and analogue tachographs, general mechanics, auto electrics and air conditioning. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our services and access to our website for online service bookings.

2. Services offered
PR Tacospeed provides the following services:
2.1 Metrological verification of tachographs to ensure compliance with legal standards.
2.2 Installation and Repair of Taximeters.
2.3 General mechanical services, including vehicle maintenance and repair.
2.4 Vehicle electrical services.
2.5 Air conditioning maintenance and repair services.
2.6 Other specific services can be offered on request.

3. Booking services
Customers can make bookings for tachograph checks, as well as request other services, via our website.
3.1. Online bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. We will always endeavour to ensure that the times requested are respected.
3.2 In the event of electronic communication problems or system failures, PR Tacospeed cannot guarantee immediate receipt of the booking request. In the event of an error in the booking process, we will contact you as soon as possible.
3.3 The customer must check the confirmation of their appointment via the email provided in the booking process.

4. Prices and payments
4.1. Service prices are not available on the website, as they vary according to the price list in force and the assessment of the service to be carried out after on-site verification (workshop).
4.2. The final price will be informed to the customer following a technical assessment carried out in person at our premises.
4.3. Payments must be made in accordance with the accepted payment methods, which will be informed at the time of booking or directly at the workshop.

5. Cancellations and changes
5.1. The customer may cancel or change the appointment up to 24 hours in advance, free of charge.
5.2 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to review, depending on the circumstances.
5.3 Should PR Tacospeed need to cancel or change the appointment due to technical or availability issues, we will contact the customer to offer a new date or time.

6. Liability
6.1 PR Tacospeed undertakes to provide its services with the highest level of rigour and professionalism.
6.2 We are not liable for failures or delays in the fulfilment of services resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, electronic communication failures, third-party service interruptions or force majeure events.

7. Data Provided at Booking
7.1. The personal data provided at the time of booking will be used exclusively to manage the services requested and will not be used for any other purpose.
